Adding a New Intent/Topic
1 minute readIn this article, you will learn how to add a new intent to your virtual assistant FAQs.
If you use ELSA:
- To add a new intent, click on "Add new intent" button on the FAQ module.
- Fill in the intent name at the ‘New Intent’ field.
- Click on ‘+’ to add the new intent.
- Toggle the button to enable the intent
- To add a new topic, fill in the topic name at the ‘New Topic’ field.
- Click on ‘+’ to add the new topic.
- To add a new intent, type in the intent name in the new intent text box, and select the topic that you want to add the intent to from the dropdown list. You may select multiple topics.
- Click on the ‘+’ button to add the intent with the topic(s) selected.
- Alternatively, for an existing topic, you may add a new intent at the Topic View. Click the ‘Add Intent+’ button, fill in the intent name, and click on the tick to add the new intent.
