In the article, you will learn how to edit the user’s details.
Steps to editing a user’s details:
- Select Access Control on the side tab, and click on Users.
- Select the user whose details you would like to edit. You may set the name of the agent under Name, as well as edit the user role if necessary.
- Click ‘Save Changes’ once you are done making the changes.
