One of the most beloved features on WhatsApp has arrived on KeyReply. Introducing the WhatsApp Reply feature on our Live Chat Modules. Now, agents can reply directly to specific messages, making conversations easier to follow. When an agent replies, the original message shows up above their reply, keeping everything clear and organized.

    How to Enable: By default, agents can only see replies from customers. To let agents use this reply feature, admins can enable it under Settings > WhatsApp.
