Customizable Preview Bubble Message for Maximum User Capacity

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that empowers admins to configure a custom message when user capacity is reached in your web chat. This setting, available under Settings > WebChat > Preview Bubble, ensures a smooth user experience even when your chat system is at full capacity.

With our latest update, admins can now configure a custom message to be displayed when the maximum number of concurrent users has been reached in the "Limit maximum number of concurrent users on the webchat" setting. This message provides clear communication to users when the chat capacity is full, helping to manage expectations and maintain a positive user experience.

You can easily find this setting under Settings > WebChat > Preview Bubble. Importantly, there's no need to enable the preview option for this maximum limit message to appear, making the configuration process straightforward and efficient.
