We're excited to introduce a new feature designed to enhance the integrity of user interactions: the automatic hiding of Quick Reply buttons after selection. This improvement ensures that responses remain accurate and consistent by preventing multiple clicks on the same options.

To improve the precision and reliability of user interactions, we've implemented a feature that automatically hides Quick Reply buttons once a user has made a selection. Quick Reply buttons offer predefined answer choices that help streamline conversation flow. Previously, users could click these buttons multiple times, leading to inconsistent responses and inaccurate records.

With this update, the Quick Reply buttons will disappear immediately after a selection is made, eliminating the possibility of multiple selections. This enhancement ensures that user responses are captured correctly and consistently. For instance, in scenarios where users are asked to rate a conversation, only a single rating will be recorded, preserving the accuracy and integrity of the feedback.
