With our latest enhancement, we've added a valuable feature that allows users to resize the live chat panel directly within the live chat screen. This functionality gives agents the power to dynamically adjust the size of the live chat panel, catering to various screen sizes and providing a more personalized user experience.

This feature is particularly beneficial for users with smaller monitor displays, as it enables them to optimize the layout of their workspace. Agents can easily resize the panel by hovering their mouse over the separator line between the live chat screen and queue screen. By doing so, they can adjust the size of the live chat panel to create a more spacious and organized workspace that suits their preferences and workflow.
